The physical and financial impacts of the pandemic are well-documented, but did you know there has also been an alarming rise in mental health conditions which can lead to pandemic-induced workplace violence? This threat needs to be addressed before the full workforce returns to the office.
Sadly, workplace violence is nothing new. According to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), approximately two million American workers are victims of workplace violence each year, a number that continues to grow in the face of the public health crisis. Fortunately, Telgian Engineering and Consulting, LLC (TEC) is here to help. Our resident security expert Lauris Freidenfelds is hosting a webinar to discuss workplace violence prevention best practices.
