CoGenerational Social Healing

As we reach the pinnacle of what has been a truly generative partnership, CoGenerate (formerly Encore.org) and The On Being Project warmly welcome you to the unveiling of a co-created offering, and to meet a few of the healers, creatives, and changemakers who have given voice and form to the exploration we’ve embarked upon together.

Please join us for an hour of revealing and delving into eight creative works — essays, poetry, video, visual arts, audio, and more — that comprise a new digital collection which seeks to better understand the power of generational collaboration (or what we like to call "cogeneration") to advance social healing. This collection has been designed to be a companion to those who encounter it — to offer resourcing and tools you can work with, return to, and expand upon with your own learning, experience, and creativity.

The creatives behind the pieces featured in this collection all participated in CoGenerate’s programs focused on innovation and public voice, and include: Dr. Kitty Oliver, Ebony Walden, Elizabeth "Like" Lokon, Katherine Yungmee Kim, Liv Schaffer, Rowena Richie, Serena Bian and Uma Menon.

On Being’s Krista Tippett and CoGenerate’s Eunice Lin Nichols will offer a special welcome followed by a roving discussion among the creatives and a sneak peak of their pieces. We will close with an invitation for you to contribute to the collection.
