At large, she champions the strata and remedial communities in her board roles with the Australasian Concrete repair and Remedial building Association (ACRA), and most recently, with the Strata Community Association NSW, as well as through her industry engagement with the Office of the Building Commissioner. She is proud to have helped drive an interactive course for owners and strata managers on how to successfully run a remedial waterproofing project, via Construct NSW’s digital learning platform. And, as a passionate advocate for apartment owners, she is contributing to a three-year study exploring the best approaches to adapting ageing strata-owned buildings. Paul Morton (CEO @Lannock Strata Finance) From a symphony orchestra, to working in a bank, to a prestigious overseas business school, to founding Australia’s leading strata finance company, Paul Morton has covered a lot of ground. He has degrees in music and economics as well as post-graduate finance and management degrees and is a Sloan Fellow of Stanford University. Paul is deeply engaged in the strata industry and is acknowledged as the country’s subject matter expert in the economics of strata plans.
