The COVID-19 outbreak has led to an economic downturn and impacted the labour market. The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has projected Singapore’s GDP growth forecast for 2020 to be -7.0 to -5.0 per cent. Jointly presented by SGTech, Ministry of Manpower, and IMDA
