Ronnell Nolan has nearly 20 years of experience as a trade association lobbyist. After spending several years as the contract lobbyist for the Louisiana Association of Health Underwriters and the president/CEO of the Nolan Group, a bipartisan governmental affairs firm, she helped launch Health Agents For America (HAFA) as the voice for the independent, non-captive health insurance agent.
