Jordan Bennett (1031 Exchange Realtor @Jordan Bennett & Associates)
Jordan graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Business
Administration and began his career in public accounting at KPMG, where he
audited Fortune 500 Companies. Realizing that he hated accounting, Jordan
obtained his real estate license in 2007 and shortly thereafter joined Keller
Williams Realty. Jordan is a licensed CPA, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, an
Associate Broker, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.  He
is one of the top-producing real estate brokers in the county and has completed
over $ ¼ billion in real estate sales in the last decade.  He is also an active real
estate investor, having personally bought and sold both independently and in
partnership in excess of $35M in real estate assets.

Rafael Pozas (Real Estate Developer @Plus Home Group)
Rafael Pozas is an international entrepreneur with diverse experience in real
estate development. Over the past eighteen years, he participated in successful
economic development initiatives. As a professor, he lectured about real estate
business strategies and the internationalization process.
In 2017, he moved to California with his family and founded Plus Home Housing
Solutions, a construction company with expertise in developer and build
Accessory Dwelling Units. Also, he is coordinate a real estate executive
program with University of Southern California (USC).
