He completed his PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 30 years of experience in fund management, corporate finance and in general management in the manufacturing sector. He has initiated developed and implemented strategy for many corporates with a view to enhance shareholder value. He was associated with the Oppenheimer India Private Equity Fund for over six years. He has worked with Price Waterhouse in their Consulting services division and as CFO at companies i.e. Sinar Mas, Thermax. Prof. Sujay has also served on the Board of Directors of companies.
