Upon her graduation from Georgia Tech with a BS in International Affairs & Modern Languages, Ms. Schmitt continued civil service as a participant in the PALACE Acquire (PAQ) Program assigned to the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) in Dayton, OH. She spent a year at NASIC as an intelligence analyst prior to attending Intelligence Officer Training School at Goodfellow AFB. Upon graduating from the program, she returned to NASIC to assist in standing up the Air Force's first Adversary Defeat Flight. She completed the PAQ Program in 2022 and is now the team lead for NASIC's Defeat Analysis Team. Katherine Dalesandre (Deputy Commander @480th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, Fort Gordon, Georgia) Ms. Dalesandre serves as the liaison for the Group Commander for all Airmen, Guardians, and DAF Civilians assigned to Ft Gordon. She is responsible for ensuring pertinent information reaches the Commanders of six Intelligence and Cyber Operations Squadrons, representing three Wings. She was most recently the Senior Intelligence Analyst for the 547th Intelligence Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV. Annually, she oversaw squadron production of the AFTTP 3-1.Threat Guide and four Threats to Air Operations volumes. She was responsible for developing the squadron's weight of effort, which helped focus the unit’s analysis and production efforts. She was also the squadron's senior civilian, creating civilian work policies and providing guidance to squadron leaders for a variety of civilian issues. She was previously the senior analyst at USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2A, guiding daily analytical production and responding to intelligence requests from command leadership. Michael Cosimo (Joint Political-Military Planner @Joint Enabling Capabilities Command) Michael P Cosimo is a U.S. Government Civilian (GG14) currently participating in the Air Force Civilian Strategic Leadership Program as a Joint Political-Military Planner and Joint Planning Officer for the Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE) in the U.S. Transportation Command’s (USTRANSCOM) Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC). When called upon for operational deployments, Mr. Cosimo serves as a critical member of the JPSE team that may augment planning staffs at combatant command headquarters, joint task force headquarters or other federal agency staffs.
