Nationally and globally, we continue to contend with questions around the significance and impact of inclusion, justice, equity and safety of people of color. We need to first recognize the existence of racism, and develop an ability to identify how it manifests. Once seen, we can work to identify and make change within our corporate processes and culture to move beyond unconscious bias into action. We have to go from understanding racism and privilege from an intellectual standpoint to shifting to action.
