How to Handle Anxiety When Life Feels Overwhelming: Live tea time and discussion with Jesse Jacobs and Leo Babauta
Your job is on the line. Your friends aren’t working. 30 million Americans are unemployed. Are covid cases going up or going down? Are you protecting yourself enough? You can’t stop reading the news — even though it always seems to make you feel worse.

What if there were a way to confront the difficult situations that arise and develop a more effective way to handle the stress and anxiety we are all facing?

Join me on August 13 at 3:30pm for a very special livestream tea time where I will share tea (virtually) with special guest and good friend Leo Babauta, founder of Zen Habits (https://zenhabits.net), as we discuss the challenges of the day, and our unique approaches to coping with stress and anxiety in a crazy world.

I invite you to order a bag of Turmeric Spice Herbal (https://www.samovartea.com/product/turmeric-spice) and a Vivid Brewpot (https://www.samovartea.com/product/vivid-brewpot/) so you can join the tea time from your own home. Drink along with us and save 15% on both items with coupon code LTT200813 (https://www.samovartea.com/?coupon-code=LTT200813).

Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming, but they don’t have to be.

This live tea time will be both informative and personal. And an opportunity for you to ask your questions live. We ask that you register in advance because space is limited.
