Reza Kaleel, CEO of Kadlec, Joan White-Wagoner, CEO of Lourdes Health, and John Solheim, CEO of Trios Health, will deliver updates on their hospitals, including economic impacts, upcoming projects, and COVID-19 effects.

Reza Kaleel
Chief Executive @Kadlec
Reza has served as Chief Executive for Kadlec since January, 2019. He originally joined the Kadlec team in July 2016 as Chief Administrative Officer for Kadlec Regional Medical Center, relocating from Grand Junction, Colorado, where he served five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Reza has worked in healthcare administration since 1997, beginning his career in strategic planning and finance before steadily working his way up through various leadership roles in health system operations. Prior to living in Colorado, he spent 20 years in San Antonio, Texas, most recently serving as Administrator for a hospital in the CHRISTUS system. Over the course of his career, Reza has enjoyed the challenge of bringing diverse groups of talented and committed people together to solve important challenges, and feels that working in health care is a lifelong career calling.
Joan White-Wagoner
Chief Executive Officer @Lourdes Health
Joan is a dynamic leader with extensive healthcare management experience. She most recently served as senior managing director at MRN Healthcare Management in Washington, North Carolina. Before MRN, Joan held leadership positions at several healthcare organizations across the country. She was the chief executive officer at Martin General Health System in Williamston, North Carolina; system vice president and medical center chief executive officer for Baptist Health Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas; and system chief operating officer for Texas General Hospital System in Grand Prairie, Texas.
John Solheim
Chief Executive Officer @Trios Health
John Solheim joined Trios Health in August 2018 as Chief Executive Officer when Trios was purchased by RCCH HealthCare Partners in a joint partnership with UW Medicine. John has more than 35 years of experience as a hospital CEO, including stints in Minnesota and Montana. He has had tremendous success in growing hospital service lines and recruiting physicians. He also has had success in leading hospitals through challenging situations. John was named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “50 Top Rural CEOs to Know” in 2015 and 2016, and the hospital he led in Minnesota was named one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Top 150 Places to Work” in 2014.
