This 1.5 hour webinar on workplace investigations and workplace sexual harassment will provide an overview of the reasons why employers conduct workplace investigations, common issues for complainants in respect of workplace investigations, whether to participate in a workplace investigation, and if so, how to anticipate and reduce the issues that may arise.
This webinar is presented in partnership with the SHARP Workplaces Legal Clinic operated by CLAS (Sexual Harassment Advice, Response, and Prevention for Workplaces). The presentation will be aimed primarily at SHARP Workplaces roster lawyers. However, other lawyers and law students are welcome to attend.
Our speaker will be Clea Parfitt, lawyer and sole practitioner.
Participants in this webinar may claim up to 1.5 hours of CPD credit with the Law Society of BC.
