Keith joined CT Mirror shortly after it launched in 2010. He has spent most of his more than 30 years as a reporter specializing in state government finances, analyzing such topics as income tax equity, waste in government and the complex funding systems behind Connecticut’s transportation and social services networks. He is widely regarded as the most knowledgeable member of the media on the state budget. Keith is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
