He specializes in using his expansive knowledge to help customers establish all phases of their warranty programs including sales, policy and claim administration, risk management, and offshore reinsurance within our PCRS software. Rob Christian (President & Chief Risk Officer @OnPoint) Rob has spent 25 years in the Warranty Industry working for a variety of companies including GE, Harbor Freight Tools, and Sears. He was also a founding partner of Service Net Solutions which is now AIG Warranty. Rob holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
