Session II of this series, Raising Voices - A Health Equity Webinar Series, focuses on racial equity approaches and strategies to address social determinants of health for Asian American communities. This event also will mark the launch of the Community Highlights series for APIAHF, which provides examples of three AA-serving community-based organizations, the populations they serve, and the needs they address, each through the lens of one particular social determinant of health. Join us to learn from national leaders about the culturally-informed programs they’ve designed to address barriers to housing, transportation, and primary health services for AAs in their communities.
This session is in partnership between the Asian, Pacific Islander American Health Forum, and PROCEED, Inc., National Center for Training, Support, and Technical Assistance.
