Seema Gurnani, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA (Manager, Clinical Operations @Accelerated Care Plus)
Seema Gurnani received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2001. She became a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy in 2013, as well as a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the ABPTS in 2016. Seema has 19 years of experience in a variety of settings, including acute and post-acute care, with a particular focus on geriatric patient management. During her ACP tenure, she has provided extensive education and consultation on evidence-based clinical interventions and treatment pathways. More recently, she works as a Manager of Clinical Operations, with a focus on developing material to support collaborative care as well as continuing education courses for therapy and nurse clinicians.

M. CATHERINE WOLLMAN, DNP, GNP-BC, CRNP (Nurse Consultant @Accelerated Care Plus)
Dr. M. Catherine Wollman has been an educator and clinician for over 35 years. She has worked as a gerontologic nurse practitioner at multiple sites of care across the health care system. She served as Director of Senior Health for a large healthcare system and the Coordinator of the Nurse Practitioner program for over ten years at Neumann University in Aston, PA. She worked as one of the first advanced practice nurses in transitional care research at the University of Pennsylvania twenty years ago. Dr. Wollman has more recently taught nurse practitioner courses in an online college of nursing. She has presented at multiple national conferences on aging topics.  She currently offers geriatric nurse consultation to clinicians, programs or organizations to support quality care to older adults.
