How Imperative Is Redefining Employee Experience Technology
As employers shift to embrace the new operating model for work that is optimized for agility, employee well-being, diversity, and performance, it’s become clear that there is a significant gap in HR technology to support this new reality.

To enable this new world of work, Imperative is launching the next generation of HR tech: combining the power of organizational network analysis and peer coaching networks to fundamentally reshape employee experience as we know it.

Rob Cross, accomplished ONA researcher, writer and professor will join Aaron Hurst, leading workplace futurist, researcher, and co-founder of Imperative to discuss how we're able to finally realize the full potential of organizational network analysis in partnership with peer coaching: by using the science of organizational network analysis to match employees to achieve the specific and evolving goals of a company and address the specific needs of a population or bridge two groups within the company.

After this webinar, you'll walk away with:

-Insight and understanding from a demo of the next generation technology
-Key takeaways from the research behind both organizational network analysis and peer coaching networks
-Actionable steps for how to bring these insights to life within your organization
