Our ‘Delivering Digital Skills Sessions for Groups’ webinar will give you hints and tips to get started with your Be Connected program. This webinar is designed for organisations who are about to start their digital literacy program, or those wishing to learn more about tried and tested methods.
We will explore how to plan and deliver your first group sessions using a ‘blended learning’ approach. Blended learning combines people and digital, allowing your learners to get the benefit of understanding and practising a new skill while knowing they’ve got someone to turn to if they need help.
Sitting down in front of a computer for the first time can be a scary thing. We'll chat about how you can use Be Connected to help people overcome their barriers and improve their confidence, as well as exploring some of the additional resources outside of Be Connected that you can use to further develop their skills.
We’ll look at what’s involved in planning a session, what to consider for your learners and an insight into what learners will be thinking when they come to you for support for the first time.
