Geoffrey Klass is the CEO of Sense Diagnostics. This MedTech startup located in Cincinnati, Ohio has developed technology to detect, measure and monitor neurological disorder of the brain in real time, non-invasively. The initial focus of the company is Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury. He has extensive experience leading business restructuring and turnaround, change management disciplines, creation of new business entities, and business growth and expansion. Throughout his career, Geoff has successfully developed and implemented innovative programs and developed highly motivated, team-oriented structures which have greatly increased profit margins, reduced operating costs, enhanced productivity, met strategic objectives, ensured customer satisfaction, and increased customer profitability. Geoff has been active as a senior leadership consultant to businesses and non-profit organizations since 2001.
Kiminobu Sugaya, Ph.D.

Kiminobu Sugaya, Ph.D., is a Professor and Head of Neuroscience in the College of Medicine, University of Central Florida (UCF) since 2004. He is an honorary professor of Instituto de Investigaciones Científicas y Servicios de Alta Tecnología AIP, Panama and Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, The University of United Arab Emirates, Al-Ain, UEA, and a visiting professor of Tohoku University, School of Medicine, Sendai, Japan. He published more than 110 research papers with more than 410 citations. He holds a variety of patents in medicine and engineering, though his research focus is on the development of stem cell therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Dr. Sugaya is also a founder and CEO of ProgeniCyte, which is a biotech company licensing his 67 patents from UCF. Recently, he funded SynapCyte to commercialize his novel pharmacological approach to increase endogenous stem cells, and ProgeniCyte Japan to introduce all his innovative technologies to Asia.
Chris J. Ellis

Chris is a startup veteran and was previously part of four exits where he held roles ranging from National Channel Manager to Head of Sales in which he led the go to market strategy, strategic partnerships and distribution models for enterprise software as a service organizations. During this time, Chris became a caretaker for his aging grandfather. He witnessed the devastating effects of hearing loss on his quality of life, along with the secondary physical and mental health issues associated with it. Shortly after, Chris cofounded AudioCardio, a digital hearing health and wellness company that has developed technology that aims to maintain and restore hearing. As CEO, Chris is leading AudioCardio's mission to deliver an easily accessible and affordable hearing loss solution while helping educate and raise awareness around hearing health and the secondary physical and mental health issues associated with it.
