Reta Jo Lewis, Esq.
President and Chair of the EXIM Board of Directors @Export-Import Bank of the United States
Ms. Reta Jo Lewis was confirmed as President and Chair of EXIM’s Board of Directors by the Senate on February 9, 2022 to a term ending January 20, 2025. Ms. Lewis is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in international affairs, legal, public policy, business and regulatory affairs, and subnational diplomacy. Ms. Lewis was most recently a Senior Fellow and Director of Congressional Affairs at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. At GMF, Ms. Lewis led and oversaw initiatives, programs, and bipartisan exchanges for members of the U.S. Congress and their European counterparts, focusing on leadership development and subnational diplomacy efforts. Prior to her time at GMF, she served as the first-ever Special Representative for Global Intergovernmental Affairs under Secretary Hillary Clinton at the U.S. Department of State during the Obama-Biden Administration.

Jake Deleon
Founder @Fila Manila
Jake Deleon, founder of Fila Manila and a 1st generation Filipino American immigrant, is on a mission to add much-needed Filipino food representation. He started Fila Manila in 2020 at the height of the lockdowns with a line of sauces inspired by iconic Filipino dishes and his family's favorite comfort foods. Since then, Jake has expanded the lineup to include coconut-based spreads and distributes nationwide to retailers like Whole Foods Market, Amazon, and World Market. Prior to Fila Manila, Jake has enjoyed a successful career in consumer product marketing with companies like Procter & Gamble and Starbucks Coffee.
Brad Baldia
National Executive Director @Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce
In 1995, Brad served as a White House Intern in the Office of Presidential Personnel. He currently serves as National Executive Director for the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce. Brad works extensively with Asian community organizations on a local and national level, such as the Philadelphia Mayor's Commission on Asian American Affairs and the National Association of Asian American Professionals. Brad is Founding President of the Philadelphia Chapter, was elected in 2006 as Executive Vice President of NAAAP National and served as National President & CEO from 2008-2012. Mr. Baldia was appointed to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Advisory Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs and served for two terms. He is currently serving on his 2nd term for the Delaware Advisory Committee to the US Commission on Civil Rights and was recently appointed to the Carole Landis Foundation.
LaTaunya Darden
Business Development Specialist @Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM)
LaTaunya works closely with exporters who apply for the EXIM Working Capital Guarantee Program as well as Export Credit Insurance. LaTaunya is a valuable asset to the agency and has a passion for guiding exporters and lenders through the process ensuring they understand and follow the policies and procedures of EXIM programs. LaTaunya manages a portfolio of organizations in underserved business communities in the Northeast section of the country. She is responsible for building awareness about EXIM’s products and services to small businesses, particularly those that are minority and/or woman-owned. The portfolio activity of organizations that LaTaunya manages has grown tremendously due to her diligence in educating the organizations and businesses she serves. She is also responsible for assisting businesses export around the globe, focusing on exports to Africa. LaTaunya holds a B.A. in Administration of Justice from the University of the District of Columbia.
