Outsourcing to help win the race for talent

There are over 1 million positions lying vacant in the UK job market - the most since records began. With recruitment potentially taking months, this places even more pressure on existing staff to ‘pick up the slack’ and on FMs to ensure core service delivery isn’t compromised.
