He started working with wood as a form of therapy and was looking for a place to harness his woodworking skills. Inova offered him a job as floor manager, and he jumped at the opportunity to turn his hobby into a career. Based in Altamont, New York, Inova specializes in wall beds and other niche small‐space furniture. Guy quickly worked his way up the corporate ladder and is now the CEO of the company. Although he isn’t working with wood hands‐on, he loves overseeing the daily logistics of the manufacturing plant.
