Michael Brosnan (Chief, Talent Acquisition Division @Air Force Civilian Service)
Mr. Michael Brosnan has served as a civilian for 31 years in the United States Air force. In that time, he spent 16 years in the STEM career field developing promotion tests for the Air Forces’ Enlisted Force and developing and analyzing occupational surveys used to develop curricula for technical training and 15 years in HR. Mike’s favorite assignment has been serving in his current capacity as the Division Chief for Talent Acquisition at the Air Force’s Personnel Center (AFPC). In this role, he is accountable for hiring ~2,400 people yearly for the most in demand occupations as well as managing a multi-million dollar marketing and branding budget.

Eileen Chaisson (Chief, Cyber Recruiting Section @Air Force Civilian Service)
Eileen Chaisson is the Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) Talent Acquisition Chief, Cyber Recruiting Section for the Air Force Personnel Center. She has served over 27 years supporting the Air Force mission. She started as a NAF Human Resources Specialist and transitioned to Civil Service through Palace Acquire Recent (PAQ) as a NAF Human Resource Officer (HRO) trainee. After graduating from PAQ she was out placed as the Minot AFB NAF HRO. She came to Randolph AFB to work as a Priority Placement Specialist and supervisor. She became a Services HR Specialist providing program guidance on NAF laws, regulations and policies to all Air Force NAF HR Offices. She finally landed in her current role where she leads a team of passionate civilian recruiters. She also helps hiring managers to leverage their hiring flexibilities to fill vacancies for mission critical or hard to fill position with highly qualified, talented, and diverse Air Force Civilian Airman and Space Force Civilian Guardians.
