FE Innovation in Maths and English adds up. Northampton College spells out their story.
Northampton College has over 3,500 maths and English students. In this webinar, we hear their story of how they embedded CENTURY during the pandemic, implementing a three-year plan which supports both students and staff. This session will be an honest appraisal of what works well in and out of the classroom, and what lessons the college learned along the way.

Jolene Baldock, Assistant Principal, Northampton College, having previously worked in the English and maths departments for five years, found herself with the daunting task of improving results across the board. She set about looking for the best tech solution to aid her teachers and joins us to share her insights on what worked best.

John Tose, GCSE Maths Coordinator at Northampton College will then describe how the Maths department incorporated CENTURY’ AI learning tools, giving an overview of its implementation.

Lastly, Jonathan Moss, GCSE English Coordinator at Northampton College will share how he uses technology in the English department and how to best introduce new tech.

With over 100 FE Colleges now using CENTURY, this showcase will demonstrate how best to implement innovation in teaching and learning. Staff and stakeholders within the college are engaged, giving credibility and confidence to the student’s learning journey when they’re using CENTURY.
