Skilled in Analytics, Strategy & Business Development, Avantika was a former McKinsey & Co consultant working on digital projects, specializing in Asian markets. She has graduated from INSEAD Business School. Imelda Scherers (Senior VP of Marketing and Commercial @GudangAda) In her current role at GudangAda, Imelda is in-charge of building the Indonesian B2B e-commerce company's marketing and commercial structure and strategy to drive the growth and profitability of the company. She is an experienced marketing professional with over 12 years of experience and quite passionate about the FMCG industry. Prior to joining GudangAda, she handled marketing and brand management across multiple categories (personal care, food & beverages) at leading global FMCG companies including Unilever, Nestle and Ceres. Imelda has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Institut Pertanian Bogor.
