Scott Myatt is a Managing Director with Caber Hill Advisors with a primary responsibility to lead M&A activities in the audiology and hearing aid industry. He has been recognized as one of the most transformative executives in the audiology and hearing aid industry over the past decade, leading vertical integration strategies at three different companies and in the process completing over 60 transactions. Scott spent the previous 11 years working in corporate M&A for numerous hearing aid manufacturers, beginning with Sonic Innovations in 2006. In 2010, he joined Audiology Holding Company, LLC, a subsidiary of William Demant Holdings, just prior to the latter’s acquisition of Sonic Innovations. Then, in 2013 he left AHC to join Audiology Management Group (AMG), a subsidiary of Widex, Inc., to build and lead a new acquisition team as Widex began acquiring practices for the first time.

Will Diles is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and is proud to be carrying on his family legacy of providing excellent hearing healthcare. Will graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2007, with a B.A. in Business Administration, and he has been working in the family business since 2010.
