Prof Michael Ardagh (ONZM, PhD, MBChB, DCH, FACEM) (Senior Clinical Editor, Canterbury Hospital HealthPathways and Clinical lead for HealthPathways content @Canterbury District Health Board and Streamliners)
Mike is Professor of Emergency Medicine and a Specialist in the Emergency Medicine in Christchurch, New Zealand. In 2015 he became clinical lead and senior clinical editor for the first instance of Hospital HealthPathways (HHP), at the Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB). Subsequently he took on a role with Streamliners New Zealand, as clinical lead for core content for the HealthPathways programme for both Community and Hospital HealthPathways.

Andy Froggatt (Director of Strategic Partnerships @Streamliners)
Originating from Sheffield in South Yorkshire, Andy has spent the last 25 years in Australia and has held CEO and senior executive positions across the health, social care and private sectors.  He has a passion for working with people to develop the culture and processes required to enable effective and sustainable integrated care systems. Andy had a regular slot on the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) commenting on &quot;all things psychological&quot; and its variant &quot;on the couch with Andy Froggatt&quot;! Andy has also provided a humorous commentary through recent FIFA World Cups for the ABC.
