We have been working on health for all, no poverty, and more equality for many years. Despite some progress, we need to do much more to create a more equitable society and a sustainable planet.
The cause is an economic system that generates inequality and resists change. The solution is a system where the people who experience this system's consequences can hold those who cause those consequences to account.
This would mean change the economic system, legislation, governance, management, and practices.
So, how can we scale our efforts?
1) What are the systemic changes we should be supporting?
2) At the same time, what could we do in the organizations to create this accountability?
3) What would this look like in practice, focusing on insights to generate options to increase our impact, seeking to optimize our net impact
