The WBAF Global Startup committee has engaged in several initiatives that aim to support our global community and recently completed a survey of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Based on the feedback received there was an interest for access to information and sharing of peer to peer experiences related to the financial, workforce and market demand challenges experienced by business owners across all markets and industries.
Many business leaders have already experienced a decrease in short- and long term investments. Most of them report not being able to sustain viable business operations for more than 3-6 months without an additional cash influx and some even require urgent funding within the next 3 months. Sharing alternate funding options and effective strategies to secure funding have been key topics for our business owners.
Join us to a roundtable with renowned entrepreneurs, founders and investors to discuss these and related issues relevant for the future of our startup ecosystem during this pandemic and beyond.
