James Hurman is a award-winning expert on marketing effectiveness and a former strategic planner. His 2020 study, The Effectiveness Code, in collaboration with Cannes Lions and WARC, analyzed nearly 5,000 campaigns and introduced The Creative Effectiveness Ladder and the principle of Creative Commitment. James served on the inaugural Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness Jury and is the Chair of the New Zealand Effie Awards.
