thinktv is pleased to present the Better Brand Management Summer Series, a series of seminars designed to provide an overview of the critical steps required to acquire and maintain customers successfully. Led by Chris Brockbank, Chief Commercial Officer at Firma Foreign Exchange and Marketing Instructor at the University of Toronto, the series is intended for anyone involved in brand management, whether directly or through the media or sales side.

2. Maximizing customer relationship value (July 28, 1pm – 2pm)
You have a customer … now what? Creating mutual benefit through deeper revenue engagement
3. Pursuing a lifetime relationship with customers (Aug 11, 1pm – 2pm)
Establishing brand loyalty, understanding the outcome of intended and unintended actions, and how to recover customer relationships
