Explore How Associations Are Leveraging Communities as More Than Just a Piece of Tech
Community is a process, not a product, but are you leveling up to help your community thrive in the best way? As an association or nonprofit, your organization provides a meaningful platform for members to share best practices, garner feedback from their peers, and connect with professionals scattered across their networks.

Taking the time to establish a professional community, replacing outdated technology with a modern community software platform, helps organizations focus on members' goals AND the organization's goals of engaging and retaining them. Join Wes Goldstein, COO of Mobilize community software, who will share ways to set and optimize community management best practices and how to best source and negotiate for your community software platform best fit.

Participants will leave with:
1. an understanding of the importance of a strategy when implementing a professional community
2. an understanding of use data to engage and retain members
3. an eBook designed to onboard and manage your community

Session is recommended for Intermediate level of understanding (you'll leave with strategy and tactics)
