Shana has been recognized for her work from CMX, Community Club, HubSpot and App Growth Summit. Evan Hamilton (Director of Community @HubSpot) Evan Hamilton is Director of Community at HubSpot. A customer experience & community professional with over 15 years experience across B2B, consumer, edtech, ecommerce, and more. Evan set the strategy that kept tens of thousands of volunteer moderators happy and productive running hundreds of thousands of communities on Reddit. He has also had senior community roles at UserVoice, Coursera, Nextdoor, and CMX. Michelle Goodall (CMO @Guild) A recognised speaker and specialist in digital marketing, community strategy, social media, comms and content. She has 25 years of b2b and b2c marketing and comms experience in a mix of agency client side roles, including at Econsultancy, Lexis PR, Access Intelligence and has worked with brands including Unilever, BBC, Viacom, Direct Line, General Mills, Coca Cola, Dominos, eBay, London2012, V&A, Diageo, Econsultancy, Penguin Random House etc. Ashley Friedlein (Founder @Guild) Founder of Guild, the platform for professional communities, and Founder, Econsultancy.
