He has served a variety of roles at AASHTO re:source, including Laboratory Assessor, Senior Laboratory Assessor, and now as an Assistant Program Manager of the Laboratory Assessment Program. Mike currently manages a team of thirteen Laboratory Assessors as well as five contracted assessors. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in western Pennsylvania. Russell Dabbs (Senior Laboratory Assessor 2 @AASHTO re:source) Russell started at AASHTO re:source in October 2007. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. In addition to his work in the Laboratory Assessment Program, he also manages the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Calibration Center Operator Certification Program. Esther Love (Laboratory Assessor @AASHTO re:source) Esther received her degree in Biology from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania in 2017. Before starting her career with AASHTO re:source in 2019, Esther spent several years as an Office Manager and Educator. In addition to her role as a Laboratory Assessor, Esther has helped in the development and training of several programs including customer service, soft skills and remote assessments. Additionally, she serves on the geotechnical and calibration committees at AASHTO re:source.
