Since joining Dolphin he has taken a hands on approach to Sales and Marketing of Dolphin software products. In his role of Sales Director, Steve looks after Dolphin’s UK based sales team and with colleagues the extensive dealer network in more than 35 different countries. Steve has spoken at a number of International conferences including CSUN, ATIA the UK education conference BETT and numerous other events. He enjoys all aspects of his work at Dolphin but in particular meeting customers across the world and understanding their needs. Steve is passionate about bringing about change in accessing text based formats worldwide and has seen first-hand how influential electronic text can be in changing lives. In his spare time he rides a motorbike and amongst other more relaxing habits he enjoys walking the beautiful countryside in and around Worcestershire. Rochelle Pretsell (Team Leader @RNIB Bookshare) Rochelle joined RNIB in 2019 and recently became part of RNIB Bookshare. Before joining RNIB she was working with educational institutions specialising in SEN support in the Middle East, as well as creating and leading Early Intervention Programs for rehabilitation hospitals for children with complex special needs. As Team Leader, Rochelle looks after the daily needs of her Bookshare team, she works with publishers to contribute to Bookshare’s growing collection of educational materials and educational institutions to increase student access to accessible textbooks. Rochelle is dedicated to the individual needs of students and educators alike, and she is passionate that everybody has the same learning experience through accessible textbooks and technology in today’s ever-changing world. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, and long-distance walking or rambling.
