Full Moon Meditation in Solar Sign Capricorn

We welcome your participation in the Full Moon Meditation held in the solar sign of Capricorn (with the Full Moon in Cancer). It is a wonderful opportunity to gather as a world-wide group and receive, register and radiate the special energies available.

The event will be held on Thursday, January 5th, 2023. The online space opens at 5:45 PM and the Meditation begins at 6:00 PM PST.

Why is the Earth sign of Capricorn such an auspicious time for initiating a new season and cycle of soul growth? The answer lies in the symbol of the two-horned goat and its task of climbing the rock-strewn and arid mountain to reach the summit. On completing this ‘peak experience’, the goat is transformed into the Unicorn and its single spiral horn connects and communes with the Cosmos and the power and presence of a greater Light flows into and through the intrepid climber.

This symbol represents the true ascent of the human – the treading of the steep and thorny path of earthly trials and tests and the eventual overcoming of these difficulties in order to earn a degree and graduate with honors from the University of Earth.

The spiritual task of Capricorn is reflected in its motto: “Lost am I in light supernal, yet on that Light I turn my back”. Having reached the mountaintop and received illumination, the spiritual seeker then chooses to bring this needed illumination into the dark valleys and places of everyday life to aid in the liberation of humanity from its imprisonment in form.

Capricorn is therefore an excellent time for seeking the illumination of higher places and choosing how best to bring this new-found light into the world as an act of selfless service. We look forward to your presence.
