12:00 - 12:30 : Chutor with the resident lamas in Shenten Dargye Ling
15:30 - 17:30 : Teachings by Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung from Triten Norbutse Monastery
20:00 - 21:15 : Meditation and Chöd with the resident lamas in Shenten Dargye Ling

Each checkbox below represents a whole day, giving you access, with the same link from morning to evening, to all sessions of the same day.

Each session will be recorded and made available to you later. These recordings will be in English as a minimum. Although other languages are available during live sessions, we cannot guarantee the availability of recordings in these languages.
