A Closer Look: Profit First for Cabinetmakers
The question and answer discussion as a follow-up to CMA member Gregory Paolini's presentation about the “Profit First” is a cash management system that is taking small businesses by storm. The “Profit First” system guarantees that you will be profitable every quarter beginning today, through perpetuity.
We're not talking about that "accounting profit"; we're talking hard cash that you can put your hands on, go on vacation with, or treat yourself for working your tail off! And you'll never scramble to pay your taxes either!
“The system is so simple, even I can follow it – and I have,” states Gregory Paolini, Director of Operations for Gregory Paolini Design. “Three years ago I began ‘Profit First’, and it has changed my life, and my business. My only regret is not starting sooner.”
