Alex offers individual counselling in-person, online, and over the telephone. In addition to her counselling work, she has been using her skills to facilitate mental health groups and informative webinars for businesses and not-for-profits. Alex has received an M.A. in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
