Legal Training Webinar | Court of Protection | Care In The Time Of Covid
Restrictions on family visits and access to the community for residents of care homes during the Covid 19 pandemic have resulted in hardship and isolation for many. In this free 1 hour webinar, Rory O'Ryan and Elizabeth Mottershaw of Garden Court North Chambers will consider the prevailing position at the time of the seminar for those lacking capacity to make decisions as to residence and care, in particular:

- best interests decision making; balancing health risks to P and other residents vs package of care at home;
- update on CoP decisions on medical treatment, including Covid 19 vaccination;
