Creating Calm: Anxiety Management during Uncertain Times
Social and emotional isolation caused by COVID-19 paired with increased exposure to negative events and news can cause an increase in anxiety. Learn about detecting early signs of anxiety, identifying escalations, and evidence-based ways to proactively manage anxiety.

The workshop will introduce exercises to be performed between sessions. You will leave with your personalized anxiety management toolkit.
