Presented by Citi.
Learn how to make great cocktails with farm-to-glass spirits.
In this virtual tasting we will get to know Olde York Farm/Cooper’s Daughter Spirits, a woman-owned and family-operated distillery and cooperage located in Claverack, NY.
Grain and fruit used for distillation are grown right on the property in the Hudson Valley to make seasonal batch spirits.
FULL OF HISTORY
The distillery is part of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House & Mill complex. Rensselaer also had his own distillery and cooperage circa 1805.
Handmade barrels, made on-site, are used to age bourbon, whiskey, and brandy.
