Terry Roberts

Terry Roberts is a global risk, cyber intelligence and national security professional with over 20 years of Executive level experience across government, industry, and academia. Currently as the Founder and CEO of WhiteHawk, Inc. she has established the first online Cybersecurity Exchange, a risk focused, cloud-based ecosystem enabling companies/organizations of all sizes. Previously Terry was the TASC VP for Cyber Engineering and Analytics, running all Cyber/IT, Financial and Business Analytics cross cutting, innovative technical services. Prior to TASC, Terry was an Executive Director of the Carnegie Mellon, Software Engineering Institute, leading the technical body of work for the US Interagency, with a special focus on leveraging and transitioning commercial innovation and acquisition excellence to government programs and capabilities and establishing the Emerging Technologies Center and Cyber Intelligence Consortium.
Jill Parratt FCG
Group Secretary @Liberty Holdings Limited
I am an experienced business professional, with over three decades’ experience in Corporate Governance, Financial Management and Administration. I am currently the group secretary of one of the largest insurance companies in South Africa, Liberty Holdings Limited, a position I have held for 10 years. I play a pivotal role in facilitating the Board to achieve the Group’s vision and strategy, as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations. I was elected onto the Southern African board in 2001 and have served as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and finally President in 2009 which coincided with CSSA’s centenary. I was appointed as the Southern African representative to the International Council in 2012 and was elected onto the International Exco in 2016. In 2018 I was appointed to my current role as Vice President. Alongside this, I am also the chairman of Mentor which is a bursary fund for disadvantaged students from 2010 to the present.
Mike Ferris
Director of IT Operations & Security @WhiteHawk Inc.
Mike Ferris is WhiteHawk’s Director of IT Operations & Security and the company’s Senior Cyber Analyst. In these roles, Mike is responsible for developing and managing the corporate IT and security operations and providing subject matter expertise in support of WhiteHawk customers. During his time at WhiteHawk, Mike worked on cyber risk and vulnerability trend analysis for over 1,900 U.S. energy sector companies, delivering risk prioritization and remediation options for small, medium, and large businesses. Before joining WhiteHawk, Mike served as a Technical Controller in the United States Marine Corps and held various IT-related roles in multiple private sector industries.
