Andrew Gebelin
Vice President, Research, Engagement and Stewardship @Glass Lewis
Andrew Gebelin leads the company’s largest research organization, the Limerick-based team of more than 100 employees covering approximately 4,000 corporate issuers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Andrew is also the primary owner of Glass Lewis’ client and issuer engagement activities across the region. Having joined Glass Lewis in 2006, he was an analyst covering dozens of markets in EMEA and Latin America before going on to build and manage research teams in the US and Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Whitworth University and an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He speaks Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
Courteney Keatinge
Senior Director of Environmental, Social and Governance Research @Glass Lewis
Courteney Keatinge oversees Glass Lewis’ research and vote recommendations for shareholder proposals and covers research on major environmental and social issues in all major markets. Courteney plays a lead role in Glass Lewis’ partnerships with ESG data providers and specializes in issuer and stakeholder engagement, corporate governance and ESG analysis. She is also an active participant in Glass Lewis’ policy and product development and has contributed to a variety of papers with organizations including the UN PRI and Ceres on issues related to ESG and corporate governance.
Chris Rushton
Director of European Research Policy @Glass Lewis
Chris Rushton joined Glass Lewis in 2014 as an analyst before managing the Benelux and the Germanic markets research teams. In his current role, Chris has primary responsibility for developing and implementing Glass Lewis’ European research policies. He actively engages in policy discussions with clients, issuers, and other stakeholders throughout Europe. Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and German from the University of Nottingham, and an MA in International Business Administration with a specialisation in corporate governance from the University of Hamburg. Chris is fluent in German.
