Before taking this role in 2018, Sean worked as Winterhalter Director for the Middle East and North Africa. His career with this global brand began in 2007 as Business Development Manager in his home country of Ireland. Previously a career in commercial catering equipment sales and marketing means he possesses a broad understanding the global hospitality market and equipment in all sectors. When not working Sean enjoys time with family, golf, classic cars, and simply anything involving the ocean.
Benjamin Lephilibert

Benjamin Lephilibert founded LightBlue Environmental Consulting in 2012 to work predominantly on food waste prevention across Asia and Europe with hotel groups (Marriott, Accor, Hyatt, etc.), restaurants (Cofoco Denmark), government agencies (TCEB), and international organizations (Michelin Guide Thailand, GIZ Laos, WWF). He is a self-made solution designer who started his career in sustainability in 2008 at Accor Corporate, then became a consultant for the EU (Vietnam) and the UN (Thailand, the Philippines). He is also an international speaker (11 countries), guest-lecturer in culinary and business schools (Institut Paul Bocuse, ESCP Europe), a certified trainer for the Global Sustainable Tourism Council, and co-designer of The PLEDGE™ on Food Waste certification and benchmarking system.

Ms. Ubonr Suttana is an Advisor to the Restaurant Business Trade Association (RBTA), a prominent restaurant industry association in Thailand. She is currently the Vice President of Association of Thai Software Industry (ATSI), and have distinguished service in key sectors including Director of Thailand Exporters and Manufacturing Association (TEMA), Founding Director of Thai Children Learning Development (TCLD), and Director and Treasurer of the Digital Development Foundation (DDF). Ms. Suttana holds a Master's Degree in Business Management Administration from Ramkamhaeng University and a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics & Computer Science from Kasetsart University.
