Britt is a strategic and operationally focused talent and people executive, with more than 15 years of experience developing and executing HR strategy in growing environments. Her industry experience spans healthcare technology, software as a service (SaaS), technology consulting, and educational technology. Prior to Accolade, Britt was Chief HR Officer at Promethean, a global educational technology company serving millions of teachers and classrooms worldwide. She also led the People function at Apptio, a SaaS technology business management company based in Seattle. Britt is an accomplished speaker and facilitator on a range of HR strategy and corporate growth topics. Britt has a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado.
