Women's History Month Panel
Join us on Friday, March 24th from 12pm to 1pm EST for a discussion of mentoring during Women's History Month. We will have a panel of female executives and professionals from the nonprofit sphere working with youth-serving or mentoring organizations. We will hear from a variety of perspectives on informal, peer, workplace, and youth mentoring, as well as the following:

*Being a female-presenting executive in a youth-serving organization
*Power dynamics among staff, particularly women in nonprofits
*Breaking the glass ceiling
*The importance of mentors for women

If time remains at the end of the discussion, there will be an opportunity for audience members to ask the panelists questions.

The Youth Mentoring Collaborative (YMC) is a capacity-building organization dedicated to increasing the number of Black and Brown youth in identity-affirming mentoring relationships while working to dismantle the systemic barriers that youth and their families face on a daily basis. This includes providing training, resources, public awareness, and advocacy that supports the expansion of mentoring initiatives that promote the health and well-being of young people and families most impacted by systems of oppression. We are your mentor’s mentor.
