The webinar is not intended to cover other non-performer contracts and agreements that you may also need to consider.

Pi Theatre and the GVPTA are hosting a Zoom session focusing on contract questions and concerns related to the new reality of contracting performers for digital broadcasting. Join us on Thursday September 24th from 2 to 3 PM PDT to hear from Jason Cameron, Business Agent, Film, TV & New Media for UBCP (the British Columbia affiliate of ACTRA).
Although the Union of British Columbia Performers is part of ACTRA national, contracting arrangements differ here in BC and need to be discussed early in the planning stages of your project.
Don’t be caught off guard. Know your obligations around budgeting, hiring, and working conditions within the world of new media broadcasting in BC.
