David Stewart (Chairman – TCI Finance Board of Directors @Invest Turks and Caicos Agency)
David Stewart qualified as a UK solicitor in 1989, and moved to Providenciales in 1990, where he worked for two years for Miller, Simons, O’Sullivan. He returned to practice in London in 1992, and ended his career as Managing Partner of Olswang LLP, an international law firm where he was a partner for 17 years. From May 2015 he moved back to Provo to become a partner at leading Turks and Caicos firm Griffiths and Partners, and (from January 2016) MD of Coriats Trust Company Limited.

Honourable Erwin Jay Saunder (Deputy Premier of the Turks & Caicos Islands and Minister of Finance, Investment and Trade @Turks and Caicos Islands Government)
Hon. E. Jay Saunders has been the Deputy Premier of the Turks &amp; Caicos Islands (TCI) since 20th Feb. 2021. Currently he holds portfolio responsibility for the Ministry of Finance, Investment and Trade, which includes shaping the country&#39;s investment strategy and policies. Previously, he was Minister of Health &amp; Human Services, which included the responsibility for managing the TCI Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to entering politics, Hon. Saunders was an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working and succeeding in the telecommunications and FinTech industries. He is skilled in launching and managing start-ups and greenfield networks, and he has a love for Cognitive Science and Computer Programming with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Hon. Saunders is intrigued by Middle Eastern politics and Greek Mythology. He is an avid reader and a lover of music, with his favorite artists being Andrea Bocelli and Yanni.
