IWD 2023 - Women and Allyship

Allyship is an important part of creating an inclusive environment for women. It is about creating a safe and supportive space for women to be heard, respected, and empowered. Allyship is about understanding how gender, race, class, sexuality, and other aspects of identity intersect and how this affects a woman's experience. It is also about recognizing privilege and using it to work towards creating a more equitable society. Allyship requires a commitment to listening, understanding, and supporting women in their efforts to create positive change.
